What You'll Do

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Zaxby's standards
• Accurately assemble guest orders with speed and quality
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Safely operate kitchen and food preparation equipment
• Keep stations stocked and ready for service
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment
• Assist with receiving and stocking inventory deliveries
• Help maintain equipment and report maintenance needs
• Work with a sense of urgency while supporting your team

What We're Looking For

• Must be at least 16 years old
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Dependable and team-oriented
• Eager to learn and improve
• Reliable transportation
• Available to work 12–40 hours per week
• Able to meet the physical requirements of the role
