What You'll Do:

• Prepare and cook menu items according to Bricktown Brewery's recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistent food quality, presentation, portion sizes, and cooking temperatures.
• Set up and stock cooking stations with necessary ingredients, supplies, and equipment.
• Manage food orders efficiently to ensure timely preparation during busy service periods.
• Assist with ingredient preparation, inventory rotation, and restocking throughout each shift.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and cooking station.
• Follow all food safety, sanitation, and proper food handling procedures.
• Work closely with kitchen team members to ensure smooth and efficient service.

• Previous restaurant or kitchen experience is preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand and move for extended periods, including shifts of up to 8 hours.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to bend, kneel, reach, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements throughout the shift.
• Manual dexterity to safely handle kitchen tools, equipment, and ingredients.
• Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment.
