Key Responsibilities

• Prepare menu items consistently following recipes and presentation standards
• Complete all prep work and set up your cooking station efficiently
• Maintain high product quality and cook time standards
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of your workstation throughout your shift
• Follow all company, state, and county sanitation and safety standards
• Assist team members and respond promptly to guest requests
• Participate in cleaning duties and complete assigned daily and weekly projects
• Attend all company meetings and training seminars as required

Qualifications & Skills

• 6 months to 2 years of related cooking experience preferred
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Food Handler’s Certificate as required
• Strong verbal communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to follow written and verbal directions carefully
• Comfortable using knives and kitchen equipment safely

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk throughout the entire shift in a busy restaurant environment
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs
• Comfortable working in temperature extremes and wet conditions
