The Crack’d Pot has been a beloved local institution for decades, thanks in large part to our incredible kitchen team — three of whom have been with us well past retirement age. Their experience is unmatched, their recipes are legendary, and now we’re preparing for the next chapter.

We’re looking for a motivated Cook & Management Trainee who’s ready to learn from the best, support our seasoned staff, and grow into a leadership role as we modernize and expand.

What You’ll Do

• Work alongside veteran cooks to learn our signature dishes and kitchen standards
• Support daily prep, cooking, and service with consistency and care
• Train in inventory, ordering, scheduling, and kitchen operations
• Bring fresh energy, ideas, and reliability to a transitioning team
• Help shape the future of the Crack’d Pot as we evolve and grow

What We’re Looking For

• Some kitchen experience (professional or strong home cooking background)
• Eagerness to learn, take direction, and eventually lead
• Respect for tradition paired with enthusiasm for improvement
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-first mindset
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
