Part-Time Cook / Kitchen Team Member – Wingstop Canyon
Wingstop Canyon is looking for a dependable, hardworking part-time cook to join our kitchen team. This position is responsible for preparing fresh, accurate orders while maintaining a clean, organized, and food-safe work environment.
The right candidate can stay focused during busy periods, communicate well with coworkers, and consistently follow recipes and kitchen procedures. Previous restaurant experience is helpful, but we’re willing to train someone with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
• Prepare wings, fries, and other menu items according to company procedures
• Cook and assemble orders accurately and efficiently
• Read order tickets and communicate with cashiers and other kitchen team members
• Check completed orders for accuracy, quality, and presentation
• Prepare and restock ingredients and kitchen supplies
• Assist with bagging orders when needed
• Keep cooking stations, prep areas, equipment, and floors clean and organized
• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Follow food-safety, sanitation, and proper food-handling procedures
• Complete opening, shift-change, and closing duties as assigned
• Notify a manager when products or supplies are running low
• Support other team members during busy periods

• Able to stay organized and work with urgency in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong attention to order accuracy and food quality
• Willing to clean, wash dishes, and complete other kitchen duties
• Able to stand for extended periods and work around hot cooking equipment
• Able to work well as part of a team and follow instructions
• Previous cooking or restaurant experience is preferred but not required
• Evening and weekend availability may be required
