Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, detail‑oriented Cook to support our Executive Chef in preparing and producing high‑quality food for catered events, suites, and concession operations. This Cook thrives in a fast‑paced, constantly changing environment and requires excellent attendance, strong teamwork, and a commitment to food safety and guest satisfaction.

 

This role pays an hourly rate of $16.50 - $18.50.

This position will remain open until December 31, 2026.

Responsibilities:

• Food Delivery—Deliver prepared food to designated event areas, suites, and other catering areas.
• Cooking & Equipment Operation — Fire and finish food items using convection ovens, fryers, steamers, and other commercial equipment.
• Quality & Presentation — Ensure all menu items meet freshness, taste, and production standards.
• Event Prep Support—Assist with suite pre‑orders, mid‑event orders, catering production, and concession menu items.
• Portioning & Temperature Control — Maintain proper portion sizes and serving temperatures for all products.
• Workstation Upkeep—Clean, stock, and restock workstations throughout the shift.
• Dishwashing—Support dishwashing through machine and handwashing methods.
• Sanitation & Safety — Uphold sanitation, health, and safety standards in all work areas.
• Team Collaboration—Maintain a positive, compliant, and cooperative work environment.
• End‑of‑Shift Duties—Ensure all equipment, surfaces, and floors are cleaned and properly closed down.

Qualifications:

• Kitchen Experience—Previous food preparation or kitchen experience required.
• Attention to Detail—Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexible Availability—Must be able to work an event‑based schedule including nights and weekends.
• Communication Skills — Clear, respectful communication with staff, volunteers, management, and guests.
• Teamwork—Strong ability to work in a team‑oriented, event‑driven environment.
• Food Handling Certification—Valid food handler's certification is required.
