Starting Pay: $10–$12 per hour (based on availability and experience)
At Chick-fil-A Wendell Falls, our Back of House team is responsible for delivering safe, high-quality food with speed and precision. Line Cooks play a critical role in maintaining excellence during peak hours while upholding food safety, cleanliness, and teamwork.

What You’ll Do
- Prepare and cook Chick-fil-A menu items according to brand standards
- Follow recipes and procedures with accuracy and urgency
- Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times
- Properly handle, store, and rotate inventory
- Keep workstations clean and organized
- Work efficiently during high-volume rushes
- Communicate clearly with Front of House and leadership
- Support team members to ensure smooth operations
What We’re Looking For
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Strong work ethic and sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and consistency

- Dependable and punctual
