Cooler 3rd Shift

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities

• Load, unload, stack, and move finished dairy products throughout the cooler and production areas.
• Pick, sort, bundle, and organize products for shipment and distribution.
• Transfer finished products manually or with material-handling equipment.
• Ensure products are properly labeled, identified, and organized.
• Rotate inventory to maintain product freshness and proper stock flow.
• Monitor products for damage, discrepancies, or quality concerns and report issues to supervisors.
• Assist with preparing orders and staging products for outgoing shipments.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work environment.
• Follow food safety guidelines, company procedures, and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform additional production and warehouse duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Previous manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work in a refrigerated/cooler environment for extended periods.
• Must be dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Frequent bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling.
• Ability to lift up to 50–60+ pounds, depending on assigned duties.
• Comfortable working in cold and refrigerated environments.
• Ability to safely handle products and operate assigned equipment.
