Purpose of the Position:

The Coordinator for External Operations is responsible for day-to-day responsibilities for the organization, implementation, and direction of the Athletic Department''s External Affairs, with primary responsibilities to lead and direct the athletic department's corporate partnerships, marketing, public relations, advertising, licensing, branding, promotions, major gifts, endowment program, and alumni relationships.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university in a related field is required.
• 1 - 3 years of full-time verifiable work experience
• Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Must have excellent interpersonal, verbal, and communication skills.
• Must have a valid driver's ID.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, nights, and weekend hours.

Desired Qualifications:

• Master's degree preferred.
• 1 or more years of experience in an NCAA institution in a revenue-generating role is desired.
• Previous experience in a University setting is preferred.
• Experience in corporate sponsorships, fundraising, public relations, marketing, and event management is strongly preferred.

Published Salary (if available):

$40000 - $45000
