Position Summary:
This coordinator supports patient experience improvement initiatives through project coordination, technology administration and patient feedback management. This role partners with leaders, clinicians and staff to improve the patient experience and support achievement of experience goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with unit and department leaders, clinicians and staff to understand patient experience data and to create action plans for improvement interventions.
Provide guidance on data interpretation,
Coordinate activities for process and behavior changes, and
Track progress on action plans.
Lead GW RhythmX (Get Well) optimization.
Become the primary liaison between the GW account team and UTM,
Provide access to and training for Rounds+ and the Management Console, and
Improve usage and performance of patient education, meal ordering, experience alerts, rounding and other initiatives.
Lead RatingsMD (publication of patient comments in website ratings/reviews) optimization.
Determine the publication of flagged patient comments,
Manage the providers whose comments are published,
Lead the patient comment appeal process, and
Broaden the effectiveness of Ratings/Reviews to COEs, clinics and locations.
Coordinate the activities of the UTM Patient & Family Advisory Committee (PFAC).
Provide data, information and materials to PFAC members,
Assist with and track progress of PFAC's improvement activities
Develop the PFAC story.
Develop communication materials highlighting patient experience success, team member recognition, patient stories and best practices
Create stories of progress, recognizing leaders, team members and departments
Review patient comments for use in meetings, events and special occasions.
Position Qualification:
? Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Communications or related field.
? Experience working with health care data, reporting, or patient experience initiatives.
? 3-5 years of clinical experience preferred
? Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Power BI, Tableau, or similar reporting tools.
? Strong organizational and project coordination skills.
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
