Job Description
POSITION INFO:
Group Leader
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead and supervise daily production activities to ensure production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules are achieved.
- Coordinate and assign work activities to production team members to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor production processes and address issues that may impact safety, quality, productivity, or on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, quality requirements, and operational standards.
EXPERIENCE:
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience working with production schedules, performance metrics, and process improvement initiatives.
EDUCATION:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
TRAINING AND SKILLS:
- Fork truck certification
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to generate reports.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
- Ability to work overtime when required.
