Coordinator, Partnership Solutions

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Coordinator, Partnership Solutions supports the Corporate Partnerships by assisting in the trafficking and reporting of sponsorship assets, development of sellable inventory, and enhancement of departmental operations.

In this role the candidate will ensure that all applicable partnership assets flow efficiently from our corporate partners to our internal and external production departments and partners. The coordinator must assist with the tracking of proof of performance on assets and reliably meet deadlines. They will be responsible for keeping all parties updated on the progress and reporting of assets. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, reliable, and thrives in a fast-paced sports and entertainment environment

JOB FUNCTION:

• Responsible for trafficking all necessary media to internal and external parties, generate run reports, and maintaining marketing schedules
• Serve as liaison to assigned internal departments to facilitate the seamless execution of partnership assets
• Work with the Partnership Solutions team and Corporate AEs/Activation Representatives to develop marketing plans and campaigns for new business, renewal, and upsell opportunities
• Maintain partnership asset inventory reports and communicate updates to the wider team in a timely fashion
• Communicate clear deadlines to internal stakeholders to ensure creative reach their destination on time
• Facilitate artwork for Dallas Mavericks print publications, in-arena digital signage, and broadcast elements as it relates to corporate sponsorships
• Support Mavs marketing events and VIP hospitality events as needed
• Provide general project support to the Partnership Development, Corporate Partnership Sales, and Partnership Marketing/Activation teams.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Sports Marketing, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in partnership marketing, partnership activation, sales support, media trafficking, or sports marketing
• General understanding of sports partnerships, media planning, client management, and partnership marketing

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Strong organization & communication skills. Writing skills are especially important
• Ability to properly prioritize and multi-task
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)Be comfortable working in an intense and fast paced environment
• Self-motivation (ability to work independently).
• Able to work home games and sponsor special events including nights, weekends and holidays.
