Responsibilitiesarrow_right

• Release and manage the daily workload for each area within the assigned zone.
• Create and manage tasks within the EWM system to support production activities.
• Provide support in troubleshooting system issues related to daily production workloads.
• Cover assigned production areas in the absence of the Production Lead.
• Communicates expectations and holds employees accountable.
• Resolve deviations from standard work practices.
• Engage and develop team for continuous improvement initiatives.
• Identify and address safety concerns promptly and within established policies and procedures.
• Investigate and identify root causes of customer complaints.
• Play a leadership role in creating a desirable workplace within the region.
• Effectively share business communications with the team.
• Report work results, concerns, and improvement ideas to upper management.

Qualificationsarrow_right

• High School Diploma, Technical Training, or equivalent degree
• High level of commitment and flexibility
• Willingness and ability to work shifts
• Willingness and resilience to meet the physical demands of the position
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced and consistently changing environment
• Communication & Collaboration: Communicates clearly and concisely, while engaging proactively with colleagues.
