Core Responsibilities:

• Supports Capital Markets groups based in San Francisco, CA including investment sales, retail sales, conventional and land teams, debt and structured finance team, and national manufactured housing team. • Project management across multiple groups, including marketing, analysts, and brokers to ensure project deadlines are met. • Designs, prepares, and writes content for pitches, presentations, and property marketing collateral. • Follows Newmark branding guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials. • Performs up-to-date market research for San Francisco region. • Researches, writes, designs and produces comprehensive multifamily market research reports for San Francisco. • Creates and manages listing websites, marketing campaigns, and sold announcements. • Writes and manages press releases for closed deals, working closely with corporate communications to distribute. • Stays in front of design and marketing trends to help generate brand awareness and ahead of competitors. • Coordinates with third-party vendors for photography, video/aerial footage, and virtual tours for listings. • Responds to inquiries from clients and provides information as needed. • Performs other administrative duties as needed.

Core Competencies:

• Excellent communication, organizational, and time-management skills • Superior grammatical and writing abilities • Exceptional working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) • Exceptional working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 (particularly Outlook and Excel) • Ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet tight deadlines • Experience creating marketing pitches, presentations, property marketing collateral, websites/landing pages, digital and print advertisements, social media marketing, etc. • Can convert research-based data into a visually compelling story for presentations, market updates, infographics, graphs, etc.

Preferred Skills/Experience:

• Knowledge of commercial real estate industry • Video editing/creation using Premiere Pro • Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • Experience with RCM or other database/real estate management programs • Mac and PCHTML/CSS • Ceros

Working Conditions:

Normal working conditions with the absence of disagreeable elements.

Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000
