Position: Copilot Developer/SME (M365 / Copilot Studio) Location: Schaumburg , IL Duration: 12+ Months Rate: $DOE No H1B, CPT, OPT and No 3rd pary C2C only if own corp or W2
Responsibilities:
Develop copilots in M365 Copilot and Copilot Studio.
Connect to knowledge sources and APIs.
Able to build agents using copilot
Strong knowledge in Prompt Engineering
Commendable knowledge in GenAI Technologies
Integrate copilots with Teams, Outlook, Excel, and other M365 apps.
Extend functionality using Power Platform workflows and Python snippets.
Work with conversation designers and business analysts to turn requirements into Copilot flows.
Participate in orchestration discussions to align copilots into larger processes.
Test, debug, and support copilots during deployment.
Qualifications:
Hands-on experience with M365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Power Platform.
Familiarity with APIs and knowledge source integration.
Python scripting ability.
Understanding of prompt engineering concepts.
Experience in enterprise environments (permissions, governance, compliance).
