Job Title: Copywriter – Talent Brand Creative
Location: Richmond, VA / McLean, VA (Remote candidates may be considered)
Duration: 12+ months (Contract-to-Hire)
Pay Range: $40–$45/hr on W2 without benefits
 
Job Overview
We are seeking a creative and versatile Copywriter to join the Talent Brand Creative team. This role focuses on building a compelling employer brand and attracting top talent through engaging, human-centered storytelling. The ideal candidate can maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across multiple channels while creating content that makes candidates excited about a career with the organization.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging, human-first marketing copy that communicates the employer brand and career opportunities.
• Create content across multiple channels, including video, social media, websites, paid media, display ads, sales materials, recruiting experiences, and events.
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and identity across campaigns and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with creative, marketing, and recruiting teams to develop integrated campaigns and compelling brand stories.
• Adapt messaging for different audiences, formats, and candidate touchpoints.
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines while ensuring accuracy, quality, and brand consistency.
• Use creative tools and AI capabilities to enhance content development and improve workflow efficiency.

• Experience in copywriting, creative writing, brand marketing, or integrated marketing communications.
• Strong storytelling skills with the ability to develop and maintain a consistent brand voice.
• Experience creating content across multiple marketing channels.
• Excellent writing, editing, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

• Experience in talent marketing, employer branding, recruitment marketing, or employee experience.
• Experience writing scripts or developing copy for video content.
• Background working in an enterprise or in-house creative environment; agency experience is also welcome.
• Spanish-language proficiency is a plus.
• Familiarity with AI-powered writing tools, including Gemini, is an advantage.
