Complete Description: Massport is seeking a Copywriter with 3-5 years of professional experience to join its in
house creative team. The team operates as an internal agency supporting Boston Logan
International Airport, Worcester Regional Airport, Flynn Cruiseport Boston, Conley
Terminal, Hanscom Field, and the South Boston Seaport. The ideal candidate can create
clear, engaging copy across advertising, digital, social, print, video, and customer-facing
channels. Agency, consumer marketing, or travel writing experience is a plus.

Essential Responsibilities
Write copy for advertising, social media, websites, email, signage, print,
presentations, and customer communications.
Develop scripts for video, radio, public announcements, executive
communications, and events.
Create headlines, taglines, campaign messaging, and promotional copy.
Adapt content for travelers, customers, employees, business partners, and
community stakeholders.
Collaborate with creative director, designers, account team, and project
managers to deliver integrated campaigns.
Manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in communications, advertising, journalism, English,
marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
3-5 years of professional copywriting experience and a strong portfolio across
multiple channels.
Experience writing for advertising, social media, digital, print, and video.
Agency or consumer marketing experience preferred; travel, tourism,
hospitality, transportation, or aviation writing experience is a plus.
Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, organizational, and time-management
skills.
Ability to write in different voices and styles, collaborate effectively, and
respond quickly to changing priorities.
Ability to pass Massport controlled-substances testing and background security
checks.
Preferred Tools
Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Asana, Copilot, Loomly, Hootsuite, and similar
content management and social media platforms.
