Corporate / M&A Attorney | Orlando, FL

A respected law firm in Orlando is seeking a Corporate / M&A Attorney to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with corporate transactional experience to work on sophisticated business matters, advise clients on strategic transactions, and continue developing their practice.

What You’ll Do

• Handle a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, business formations, and ownership restructurings.

• Draft, review, and negotiate purchase agreements, asset and stock purchase agreements, operating agreements, and other corporate documents.

• Conduct due diligence and assist with transaction structuring and closings.

• Advise business owners and corporate clients on entity formation, governance, and general corporate matters.

• Work directly with clients, opposing counsel, and other professionals to facilitate transactions and achieve client objectives.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience handling corporate transactional matters and/or mergers and acquisitions.

• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

• Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.

• Excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

• Florida Bar membership in good standing.
