Corporate Attorney: Hands-On Transactional Work in Pembroke Pines

Our client, an established South Florida firm, is seeking a Corporate Attorney with 4+ years of experience for its Pembroke Pines office. The practice advises closely held companies, professional practices, and entrepreneurs on contracts, governance, financings, and growth transactions.

This is an in-office role in Pembroke Pines, where you will work side by side with corporate partners and enjoy a collaborative Broward County setting.

What You'll Do

• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts and corporate documents
• Advise on entity formation, governance, and ownership issues
• Support financing and acquisition transactions
• Coordinate diligence and closing processes
• Serve as a practical counselor to business clients

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 4+ years of corporate or transactional experience
• Strong drafting and client service skills
• Ability to manage multiple matters with partner support
• Commitment to working in office in Pembroke Pines
