We are seeking a seasoned finance professional to drive the strategic financial activities for a rapidly expanding North American manufacturing enterprise based in Little Rock, Arkansas. This full-time position will be pivotal in orchestrating the financial operations and reporting processes for multiple sites while ensuring adherence to best practices and compliance standards.

Ideal candidates will have a robust background in accounting operations and demonstrate the ability to partner effectively with plant executives, commercial divisions, and corporate teams. The role's primary mandate includes fostering accurate financial stewardship, enhancing internal controls, driving decision-support initiatives, and ensuring audit readiness across all operations.

**Primary Duties:**
- Supervise comprehensive accounting operations, handling elements like general ledger, accounts management, fixed assets, and comprehensive cost accounting.
- Spearhead monthly, quarterly, and yearly financial closes with precision and promptness.
- Formulate and enforce financial policies and internal controls that comply with U.S. GAAP.
- Collaborate with various leadership levels to develop strategic financial plans, execute cost control measures, and enhance profitability analytics.
- Direct inventory management processes, conduct costing studies, and provide multi-location financial insights.
- Manage audit processes, taxation tasks, regulatory reporting obligations, ensuring seamless audit readiness.
- Deliver insightful financial presentations and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Support the deployment of ERP systems and drive finance process optimization efforts.
- Cultivate and enhance the accounting team's performance with strong leadership and accountability.

**Desired Qualifications:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a comparable discipline is mandatory; advanced credentials like CPA or a Master’s degree are favorable.
- A minimum of 15 years in progressive finance roles, with at least three years in a supervisory capacity within a manufacturing context.
- Expertise in U.S. GAAP, cost accounting, financial forecasting, and multi-site financial consolidations.
- Demonstrated proficiency in managing external audits and familiarity with ERP systems, preferably SAP.
- Superior skills in Microsoft Excel, analytics, executive communication, and team leadership.
