    • Develop and mentor a talented accounting team through a collaborative, hands-on leadership approach.

    What You'll Do

    Lead Global Accounting and Reporting

Own the global accounting process and ensure the company delivers timely, accurate, and insightful financial results that support effective decision-making.

    Strengthen Controls, Governance, and Compliance

Build and maintain a strong control environment that protects the business today while evolving with the company's growth, complexity, and future readiness.

    You'll:

    • Lead the global internal control framework, including process documentation, testing, remediation, and continuous improvement.
    • Serve as a primary liaison with external auditors and key advisors.
    • Oversee accounting policies, technical accounting matters, and compliance with U.S. GAAP and corporate policies.
    • Promote accountability, consistency, and disciplined execution cross-functionally across the global organization.

Partner with Manufacturing, Operations, and Strategic Initiatives

Serve as a practical business partner to operations and finance leadership, with ownership for the accounting processes that support manufacturing performance, integrations, and growth initiatives.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Lead manufacturing, cost accounting, inventory accounting, and standard costing activities across multiple facilities.
    • Analyze manufacturing variances, inventory valuation, working capital, and operational performance drivers.
    • Support mergers, acquisitions, purchase accounting, and post-close finance integration activities.
    • Partner with leadership on due diligence, transaction readiness, and strategic projects.
    • Translate complex accounting and operational issues into clear insights and actions for business leaders.

Develop the Team and Drive Continuous Improvement

Lead with a mentor's mindset and a hands-on approach, developing the accounting team while improving the processes, systems, and capabilities that enable the business to scale.

    You'll:

    • Lead, coach, and develop a global accounting team, building capability, accountability, and succession depth.
    • Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, transparency, and continuous improvement.
    • Modernize accounting and reporting processes through standardization, automation, analytics, and ERP optimization.
    • Identify opportunities to simplify, streamline, and scale financial processes while improving quality and control.
    • Model hands-on leadership by engaging in the details when needed while developing others to take on broader responsibility.
