Corporate Controller

Full Time l Onsite l Tulare County l Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 + Bonus

Key Responsibilities for the Corporate Controller:

• Oversee all accounting operations, financial reporting, and month-end close activities
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and regulatory requirements
• Lead, mentor, and develop accounting staff
• Improve internal controls and accounting processes
• Partner with leadership on strategic and operational initiatives

Qualifications for the Corporate Controller:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Progressive accounting leadership experience
• Proven supervisory and team leadership experience
• CPA preferred but not required
