Corporate Development & Strategy Lead

Greater Los Angeles/Remote

Our client, a leading travel and tour operator, is looking for a Corporate Development & Strategy Lead to identify acquisition opportunities, evaluate potential investments, and support high-priority business initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for an analytical and strategic professional who will work closely with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to evaluate opportunities, execute transactions, and support continued growth.

Corporate Development & Strategy Lead Responsibilities:

• Develop and manage a pipeline of acquisition opportunities and build relationships with business owners, founders, and industry contacts.
• Evaluate potential acquisitions through financial modeling, valuation, forecasting, and due diligence.
• Prepare investment analyses, presentations, and recommendations for executive leadership.
• Support deal structuring, negotiations, financing, and transaction closing.
• Develop post-acquisition integration plans and track key initiatives and results.
• Lead select strategic projects focused on growth, cost optimization, market expansion, and business improvement.

Corporate Development & Strategy Lead Qualifications:

• At least 4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate development, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, or a related field.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong financial modeling, valuation, accounting, and investment-analysis skills.
• Experience with acquisitions, due diligence, and transaction execution.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and project-management skills.
• Ability to work with senior executives, business owners, and cross-functional teams.

Compensation: $125K - $150K, plus annual bonus
