    About the Role – Field Recruiter (Hybrid - 3 days a week in the Irving, TX office)

Field Recruiters are essential to the company’s success—your ability to attract, assess, and activate exceptional sales talent directly fuels business growth.In this role, you will partner closely with General Managers to understand hiring needs, build strong talent pipelines, and guide candidates through a high-touch, full-cycle recruitment process.     • Build strong, consultative partnerships with General Managers tounderstand hiring needs, office dynamics, and what distinguishes top-performing agents.
    • Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify active andpassive candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, Indeed, andother job boards.
    • Create and refine job descriptions, conduct intake meetings, and maintaintailored candidate pipelines.
    • Guide hiring managers and interview teams through a structured interviewand selection process, providing recommendations and market insights.
    • Maintain accurate and timely candidate data and activity tracking within theApplicant Tracking System (ATS).
    • Manage a high-volume candidate pipeline while ensuring prompt,equitable, and high-quality communication throughout the process.
    • Own the offer process including preparation, negotiation, and acceptance,ensuring a seamless handoff to Preboarding.

    Qualifications

    Qualifications:

    • 2-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in fast-paced, high-volumeenvironments (corporate or agency).
    • Experience recruiting for 1099 and commission-only roles, highly preferred.
    • Strong sourcing capability, levering sourcing tools and platforms includingLinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS systems (Lever or similar).
    • Sourcing expertise, including passive outreach and research-drivenstrategies.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability toinfluence, educate, and build trust with stakeholders and candidates.
    • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlineswith accuracy.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

    Travel Requirements: Travel up to 30% (multi-state) to partner with General Managers and support markethiring initiatives.
