A respected mid-sized law firm is seeking a Corporate Partner to join and help expand its growing transactional practice. This is an opportunity to join a collaborative platform with strong existing clients across real estate, private wealth, and middle-market businesses.
Lead and manage M&A and general corporate transactions from inception through closing
Advise clients on business structuring, governance, and strategic transactions
Develop and maintain client relationships, with the opportunity to grow a practice
Collaborate with partners across litigation, real estate, and private wealth groups
Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the growth of the corporate practice
J.D. from an accredited law school and active California Bar admission
8+ years of corporate/transactional experience
Experience handling M&A, commercial transactions, and general corporate matters
Portable book of business preferred, but not required
Strong client management and business development skills
Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in practice growth
