Job Summary

The Corporate Portfolio Operations Lead is responsible for the operational execution and administrative management of the portfolio management framework. This role supports Portfolio Business Owners, Portfolio Executive Sponsors, and Portfolio Execution teams by overseeing portfolio governance, financial tracking, reporting, demand management, meeting coordination, documentation, and compliance with enterprise portfolio management processes.

Serving as the central coordinator for portfolio administration, this individual ensures portfolio information is accurate, decision-making forums are effectively managed, and portfolio leaders have the insights and materials required to govern investments, manage risks, and achieve business outcomes. The role acts as the operational backbone of portfolio management, enabling leaders to focus on strategic priorities while maintaining discipline across planning, governance, and execution activities.

Job Requirements

Education:

• Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s Degree preferred

Experience:

• Minimum 3-5 years in a professional business role, preferably in Health Care

Skill Requirements:

• Excellent interpersonal skills to form positive and collaborative relationships.
• Strong written and oral communication skills, including ability to create effective presentations.
• Highly organized with large amounts of data and information
• Ability to create Excel and PowerPoint documents to communicate complex information to leadership
• Ability to work with technical leads to understand project costs and impacts
• Ability to effectively interact with Senior Leadership
• Use professional judgment to identify issues and escalate accordingly

Working Conditions and Additional Requirements:

• In-office presence required for select meetings
