    What You Will Do

    • Manage complex Chapter 11 cases and out-of-court workouts with limited partner oversight.
    • Draft and negotiate sophisticated legal documents, including restructuring support agreements and forbearance agreements.
    • Represent debtors, plan sponsors, and lenders throughout all phases of in-court and out-of-court restructurings.
    • Handle key aspects of 363 sales and plan sponsorship transactions.
    • Advise clients on sophisticated liability management transactions, including exchange offers and consent solicitations.
    • Collaborate closely with partners and clients to develop and execute effective restructuring strategies.
    • Leverage strong analytical skills to assess financial data and provide strategic recommendations.

    Ideal Candidate Background

    • 3–7 years of experience in a peer-tier BigLaw restructuring practice (class of 2018-2022).
    • Proven experience representing debtors, plan sponsors, or lenders in large, complex Chapter 11 cases.
    • Strong track record in company-side/buy-side representations and liability management transactions.
    • Excellent academic credentials from a top-tier law school.
    • Ability to draft and negotiate complex legal documents effectively.

    Preferred

    • Experience with 363 sales and plan sponsorship transactions.
    • Familiarity with liability management strategies such as exchange offers and consent solicitations.
    • Demonstrated success in developing and executing restructuring strategies in a collaborative environment.

    Compensation and Benefits
