About the Role
Turtlebox is looking for a Corporate Sales Account Manager to own and grow our Conservation channel. This person will manage inbound orders from conservation partners, deepen relationships with existing organizations, and proactively prospect new partnerships across the conservation space. You'll also flex into other Corporate Sales verticals as needed, giving you broad exposure to how a high-growth outdoor brand builds B2B revenue. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career who wants real ownership, fast growth, and a direct line to results — at a company that moves quickly and rewards initiative.
Responsibilities
Manage and grow the Conservation channel, serving as the primary point of contact for conservation organization partners
Process and manage inbound orders from conservation partners, ensuring accurate, timely fulfillment and a great customer experience
Grow existing partnerships by identifying upsell, renewal, and expansion opportunities within current conservation accounts
Prospect and outbound to new potential partners across the conservation landscape (e.g., regional chapters, national organizations, banquets, and fundraising events)
Build and maintain strong relationships with conservation group leadership, chapter volunteers, and event organizers
Support other Corporate Sales verticals (e.g., corporate gifting, client appreciation, employee gifts) as business needs require
Track pipeline, orders, and account activity to keep accurate, up-to-date records
Represent Turtlebox at conservation banquets, tournaments, and industry events as needed
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and fulfillment to ensure partner needs are met
Requirements
1–3 years of sales, account management, or relevant customer-facing experience
Genuine passion for the outdoors — hunting, fishing, or conservation work
Familiarity with conservation organizations such as Ducks Unlimited (DU), the National Wild Turkey Federation (NWTF), Coastal Conservation Association (CCA), or similar groups
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, both written and verbal
Self-starter mentality — comfortable prospecting, following up, and driving deals forward with limited hand-holding Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities at once
Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-growth environment where priorities can shift quickly Willingness to travel occasionally for events, banquets, and tournaments
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This position involves working in a traditional office environment, 5 days a week
Occasional car and airplane travel will be required
Frequent sitting and standing required
