Position SummaryThe Corporate Sales Liaison plays a critical role in supporting the efficiency and overall success of the sales department. Acting as the central point of communication between the Sales Managers, sales team, and executive leadership, this position ensures accurate sales tracking, streamlined processes, and timely execution of key administrative and operational functions. This role requires strong attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to supporting a high-performing sales team.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Performance ManagementOwn and manage sales performance tracking, including KPIs, revenue reporting, and goal attainmentDeliver actionable insights through weekly and monthly reporting to support leadership decision-makingAnalyze sales data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for margin and revenue improvementMaintain and enhance "Goals vs. Actual" reporting for executive visibilityPartner with leadership to support forecasting and annual goal planningProcess Optimization & Systems ManagementEvaluate, refine, and standardize sales processes to improve efficiency and accuracyOversee CRM data integrity, ensuring timely and accurate updates to sales activities and order statusesDevelop and maintain reporting tools, dashboards, and custom spreadsheets to improve visibility and productivityIdentify and implement process improvements that streamline workflows and reduce operational frictionCross-Functional Leadership & CommunicationServe as a central point of alignment between sales, leadership, marketing, and operationsDrive communication of key initiatives, updates, and performance insights across teamsSupport leadership meetings with reportingDraft and deliver internal communications that reinforce clarity and accountabilityOperational OversightMaintain governance over sales documentation, contracts, and compliance-related processesOversee resource coordination for the sales team, including tools, and materialsSales Enablement & Team SupportEquip the sales team with the tools, resources, and information needed to succeedAct as a subject matter resource for pricing, processes, and sales support infrastructureMarketing & Incentive AlignmentPartner with marketing to support the development and distribution of sales materials and campaignsOversee sales recognition programs and performance-based incentivesEnsure alignment between promotional efforts and sales objectivesCommercial & Project SupportOversee bid tracking and commercial sales processes, ensuring visibility and accountabilitySupport execution and tracking of awarded projects to ensure operational alignmentQualificationsBachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fieldStrong organizational and time management skillsHigh attention to detail and accuracyProficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking/reporting toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentSelf-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindsetPreferred QualificationsExperience supporting a sales team or working in a sales operations roleFamiliarity with CRM systems and reporting toolsExperience in construction, home improvement, or related industriesWork EnvironmentFast-paced, deadline-driven environmentCollaborative team setting with frequent cross-functional communication#J-18808-Ljbffr
