About the Opportunity:
A growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Corporate and/or Tax Partner with a portable book of business of $500K+ to support strategic expansion in Florida. This confidential opportunity is ideal for senior attorneys seeking a stronger platform and long-term economic alignment.

Practice Focus:

• Corporate transactions

• Mergers & acquisitions

• Entity structuring

• Federal and state tax planning

• Business and transactional tax matters

Key Responsibilities:

• Originate and manage a portable book of corporate and/or tax clients

• Lead complex transactions and tax-driven matters

• Advise clients on strategic business and tax planning

• Collaborate with partners on cross-selling initiatives

Qualifications:

• J.D. from an accredited law school

• Active Florida Bar license

• Partner, Shareholder, or Senior Counsel ready for elevation

• Minimum $500K portable book of business

• Demonstrated client origination and retention
