A growth-oriented law firm is seeking a Corporate and/or Tax Partner with a portable book of business of $500K+ to support strategic expansion in Florida. This confidential opportunity is ideal for senior attorneys seeking a stronger platform and long-term economic alignment.
Practice Focus:
Corporate transactions
Mergers & acquisitions
Entity structuring
Federal and state tax planning
Business and transactional tax matters
Key Responsibilities:
Originate and manage a portable book of corporate and/or tax clients
Lead complex transactions and tax-driven matters
Advise clients on strategic business and tax planning
Collaborate with partners on cross-selling initiatives
Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
Active Florida Bar license
Partner, Shareholder, or Senior Counsel ready for elevation
Minimum $500K portable book of business
Demonstrated client origination and retention
