The Corporate Trainer is responsible for the creation and delivery of curriculum and training programs that equip employees to provide an exceptional customer experience at every stage of the customer journey. This role supports the onboarding, upskilling, and continuous improvement of All West employees. This person will have frequent collaboration with subject matter experts as well as department and organizational leadership to enhance All West's customer experience through employee learning & development. A proven ability to lead training initiatives, and application of strong organizational, instructional, and communication skills is required.Key ResponsibilitiesTraining Program Development & DeliveryCollaborate with department leadership to define learning objectives and ensure alignment with organizational goalsCreate and maintain curriculum, training modules, job aids and SOPsUtilize multimedia and e-learning toolsConduct instructor-led training sessions and workshopsReinforce best practices in customer experience, support, and soft skillsDocumentation & Knowledge ManagementUtilize departmental and organizational subject matter experts to accurately document processes, updates, and changes accuratelyEnsure training and related materials remain consistent, updated, and easy to accessTrack training effectiveness through performance data, trainee feedback, and goal achievementIdentify skill gaps and recommend improvements to content, delivery, and reinforcementMaintain knowledge of industry trends, technology updates, and competitor offeringsProvide ongoing support and educational resources to employeesQualificationsRequired:3+ years of experience in telecommunications3+ years of experience in adult education, training, or leadership; strongly preferredStrong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skillsProficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe products, and CRM platformsValid driver's license and ability to travel regularly across service areasMotivational leadership and presence in group settingsStrong coaching instincts and ability to give clear, constructive feedbackOrganized, resourceful, and proactive in supporting front line teamsPreferred:Background in training or adult learning developmentAs an Equal Opportunity Employer , it is our policy to provide and promote equal employment opportunity to all employees and applicants in accordance with local, state and federal laws and regulations governing personnel activities.
