We are expanding our day spa services and seeking an experienced Hair Stylist to join our growing team.


The Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of professional hairstyling experience
• Established client following strongly preferred
• Confident in consultations and personalized styling plans
• Polished, professional, and growth-minded
• Passion for beauty, wellness, and client relationships

Responsibilities

• Provide premium hair services including:
   
  • Hair color, highlighting, and balayage
•  
  • Blowouts and styling
•  
  • Scalp treatments and head spa services (preferred)
•  
• Conduct thorough consultations and service recommendations
• Maintain a clean, professional workstation
• Build and retain a loyal client base
• Collaborate with the spa team to deliver a seamless guest experience
• Work with other team members on marketing events and other advertising

Qualifications

• Active Florida Cosmetology license
• Minimum 5 years of professional experience (required)
• Advanced training in color and modern techniques
• Experience with scalp or head spa services (preferred)
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
