Position: Counselor – ElementaryReports To: Building PrincipalClassification: Professional – ExemptSalary: See Compensation Plan for Administrative/Professional Pay Plan, Pay Grade 104Days: 195Contract: Probationary/Term (Date Revised: 11/15/2023)Primary PurposeWork with school faculty, staff, students, parents and community to plan, implement and evaluate a comprehensive developmental guidance and counseling program. Counsel students to fully develop academic, career, personal and social abilities and address special population needs.
