Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Program Engineer (MDA)

MDR is looking for an amazingly talented Counter-Countermeasure and Threat Discrimination Program Engineer to join our team! In this role you will provide systems analysis expertise to develop new Missile Defense System capabilities to identify lethal objects.What You'll Be Doing:Work within a multi-discipline, multi-source/industry teamProvide technical analysis, management, and general scientific support to MDA's Counter- Countermeasures and Discrimination DirectorateDevelop and formulate options for improving the Missile Defense System's discrimination and electronic protection capabilities.What Required Skills You'll Bring:Master's Degree in a STEM field with a minimum of 12 years of experienceExpertise in radar signal processing, scheduling, and object classificationExpertise in electronic protectionSystems engineering analysis and process management to include development and review of engineering requirements, concepts of operations, and integrated schedulesTechnical performance assessmentsRisk analysis and mitigation developmentElectronic attack/protection modeling development to support analysis and requirements developmentExperience in developing technology maturation plans to transfer potential technologies to program officesActive Secret clearance and the ability to qualify for a TS/SCI clearanceWhat Desired Skills You'll Bring:Active Top Secret/SCI clearanceKnowledge of MDA systems engineering processesKnowledge of Missile Defense fundamentals to include radar limitationsKnowledge of electro-optic fundamentalsKnowledge of radar hardware and designPosition RequirementsClearance RequiredSecretPosition LevelPrincipalFT/PTFull TimeYears Related Work Experience12Education Level RequiredMaster'sMission Driven Research is an Equal Opportunity Employer, including disability/veterans.
