SUMMARY:
In this role as a Counter Sales Associate, you will drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service through daily store operations and expert product knowledge. You will manage inventory, record shipments, maintain the store's appearance, and occasionally handle managerial tasks such as scheduling and ordering. This contract-to-hire opportunity offers a path to demonstrate your skills and potentially transition into a full-time role. The position requires a high school diploma or GED and a commitment to providing high-level service in a fast-paced retail environment.

PAY RATE: $20 per hour
LOCATION: Brooklyn Park, MN 55428
SCHEDULE: 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM shift

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Drive sales and ensure an exceptional customer experience through daily store operations.
• Manage inventory and record shipments accurately.
• Maintain the store's appearance to high standards.
• Occasionally perform managerial tasks such as scheduling, ordering, and overseeing opening and closing procedures.
• Collaborate effectively with the team using strong organizational and communication skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• High school diploma or GED is required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience with both sit-down and stand-up forklifts is preferred.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Commitment to completing all required training.
