HVAC Counter Sales Representative
Location: Doral, FL
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM-4:00 PM | Every Other Saturday, 7:00 AM-12:00 PM
Compensation: $50,000-$65,000 DOE + 1% Commission on ALL Sales

We are recruiting for a growing HVAC supply and distribution company in Doral seeking an experienced HVAC Counter Sales Representative.
This is a great opportunity for someone who knows HVAC parts, equipment, and supplies, enjoys working directly with contractors and customers, and wants to join a fast-paced company with strong earning and advancement potential.
In addition to a competitive base salary of $50K-$65K depending on experience, this position offers 1% commission on ALL sales, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings as you build customer relationships and drive sales.
What You’ll Do
- Assist contractors and customers at the HVAC sales counter
- Recommend the correct HVAC parts, equipment, tools, and supplies
- Provide knowledgeable product and technical guidance
- Generate quotes and process customer orders
- Handle product returns and account transactions
- Identify additional products customers may need and upsell when appropriate
- Maintain strong knowledge of HVAC products, systems, components, and inventory
- Help customers locate products and recommend alternatives when needed
- Process cash, credit card, and account transactions accurately
- Coordinate with warehouse and purchasing teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Resolve customer questions and product issues quickly and professionally
- Build strong relationships with contractors and repeat customers
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of HVAC counter sales experience strongly preferred
- Previous experience with an HVAC supplier, distributor, wholesaler, or parts counter
- Strong knowledge of HVAC parts, equipment, tools, and systems
- Bilingual English/Spanish required
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced counter sales environment
- Computer proficiency and experience with inventory or sales management systems
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Must be available to work every other Saturday from 7:00 AM-12:00 PM
