Lyons Truck Parts Inc is looking for a knowledgeable and driven Heavy Duty Truck Counter Sales professional to join our team in Kenosha, WI! Responsibilities:

• Assist walk-in and phone customers with heavy duty truck parts identification and selection
• Process sales transactions accurately at the parts counter using inventory/POS systems
• Look up part numbers and cross-reference components using parts catalogs and software
• Maintain a well-organized, stocked, and clean counter and showroom area
• Build and maintain strong relationships with fleet operators, owner-operators, and repair shops
• some inventory and warehouse work
• Stay current on heavy duty truck parts, brands, and industry trends

Requirements:

• Prior experience in heavy duty truck parts sales or a related parts counter role strongly preferred
• Solid knowledge of heavy duty truck components, systems
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to use parts lookup software, catalogs, and point-of-sale systems
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Ability to work in a fast-paced counter environment with a team-first attitude
• High school diploma or equivalent required
