    Key Responsibilities: As a Counter Sales Representative, you will:
    • Consult and collaborate with customers, both in person and over the phone, to identify their needs.
    • Foster lasting relationships with customers and internal associates.
    • Sell products and services, suggesting add-ons and alternatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
    • Maintain open communication with branch employees to optimize customer service, efficiency, and effectiveness.
    • Uphold company policies, including pricing guidelines.
    • Continuously expand your knowledge of Mars product inventory and sales techniques.
