Court Clerk

Term: Permanent

Schedule: 32 hours a week

Shifts: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday; 8:00 a.m.–12:00 p.m. and 1:00–5:00 p.m.

Pay: $18-$22 / hour DOE

• Maintain and process criminal, civil, and traffic case records.
• Schedule and coordinate court hearings, trials, and appearances.
• Provide professional and impartial customer service to the public.
• Prepare and distribute court documents to law enforcement, attorneys, and agencies.
• Collect and process payments, deposits, and financial reports.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year of clerical, legal, or court experience preferred (will train the right candidate).
• Strong communication, organizational, and typing skills (35 WPM).
• Ability to handle confidential information and multitask in a busy environment.
