COURTESY OFFICER DASMEN Residential is seeking to hire a full-time Courtesy Officer to show a security presence at our community and ensure a safe and secure environment for our employees, residents, and visitors. Responsibilities & Duties: - Patrol the property, showing a physical security presence
- Respond quickly to emergency calls
- Check the property for unlocked doors, unsafe conditions, security violations, and unauthorized persons
- Report any incidents or suspicious activity to on-site staff, management, and/or public safety authorities
- Protect the property from damage, vandalism, and theft
Qualifications: - Licensed law enforcement officer
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to maintain a calm demeanor during emergency situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clean and professional appearance
- High school diploma or equivalent
Compensation: - Live at the property in exchange for free rent
