Your Role

Akkodis is seeking a COVEO Platform Support Engineer for a Contract with a client in Irvine, CA. The ideal candidate will drive enterprise search excellence by providing L3 production support for Coveo Cloud platforms, ensuring optimal search performance, relevance, and platform stability.

Rate Range: $45/Hour to $51/Hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

COVEO Platform Support Engineer Responsibilities include:

• Provide L3 production support for Coveo Search and Relevance Cloud platforms, ensuring high availability and system reliability.

• Monitor platform performance, search indexing, and data synchronization processes to maintain optimal search experiences.

• Troubleshoot and resolve search-related issues, indexing failures, and platform incidents within defined SLAs.

• Administer Coveo sources, query pipelines, machine learning models, and relevance tuning configurations.

• Support integrations with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, and Microsoft 365.

• Perform root cause analysis, implement preventive solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve platform stability and search relevance.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

• 7+ years of experience in application support, enterprise search technologies, or platform support, including 3+ years of hands-on Coveo Cloud Platform experience.

• Strong expertise in Coveo Administration, Query Pipelines, Relevance Tuning, Machine Learning Models, and enterprise search optimization.

• Experience supporting and integrating Coveo with enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Microsoft 365, and Azure-based solutions.

Pay Details: $45.00 to $51.00 per hour
