Coverage Defense AttorneyLocation: Princeton, NJ, United StatesPay Rate: $115,000 – $160,000 per yearPosition OverviewWe are seeking a qualified Coverage Defense Attorney for an opportunity in Princeton, NJ, United States.
Key Responsibilities- Handle insurance coverage defense litigation matters from inception through trial and appeal
- Manage first-party and third-party personal auto insurance claims
- Defend and litigate PIP-related matters
- Handle coverage disputes involving BI, UM/UIM, auto physical damage, rescission, and order of priority issues
- Take and defend depositions; argue motions in limine and other litigation motions
- Conduct trials through verdict; present and cross-examine expert and lay witnesses
- Independently manage a full caseload in a paperless electronic litigation environment
- Work closely with litigation support staff
