CPA

We are seeking a licensed CPA to join our team preparing individual and business tax returns, along with compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements. This role is a strong fit for a CPA who enjoys hands-on preparation work, wants to build technical depth across tax and accounting engagements, and is looking for a firm that offers a genuinely manageable schedule, even during busy season.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare individual, business, and complex tax returns
• Prepare compiled, reviewed and audited financial statements
• Assist with client documentation, workpapers, and supporting schedules
• Research tax and accounting issues as they arise on engagements
• Collaborate with reviewing managers/partners to incorporate feedback and finalize deliverables
• Maintain compliance with firm quality control standards, GAAP, and applicable tax regulations
• Communicate with clients to gather information and resolve routine questions

Qualifications

• Active CPA license required
• 3-5 years of public accounting experience preferred
• Solid understanding of tax law, GAAP, and financial statement preparation
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

Pay: $85,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
