    CPSC/Logistics Coordinator
    Supply Chain · Full-time
    Natural Life is looking for a detail-loving CPSC/Logistics Coordinator to join our Supply Chain team. You'll keep our product compliance paperwork tight, our freight data accurate, and our inbound shipments moving smoothly — working alongside suppliers, lab partners, carriers, and teammates to make sure everything we ship is safe, documented, and on time.
     
    What you'll do:
    • Manage CPSC eFiling for incoming inventory and keep our compliance records current
    • Review shipments and test reports to make sure the right documentation is in place
    • Partner with suppliers and compliance lab partners to get testing and certificates completed
    • Audit freight reports, catch discrepancies, and file claims for freight loss
    • Review supplier invoices against purchase orders and support shipment tracking in our ERP system
    • Support delivery orders for trucking companies and communicate chargebacks for inbound QC issues
    • Build and maintain SOPs so our processes stay clear and repeatable
    What we're looking for:
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field
    • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organization, especially when deadlines stack up
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills; Excel experience (V-lookups, pivot tables) is a plus
    • Analytical, data-driven problem solver who works well independently and as part of a team
    • Comfort with change in a fast-paced, growing environment
