Responsibilities

• Construct crates and pallets using various materials and tools.
• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications to ensure accuracy.
• Measure and cut wood and other materials to required dimensions.
• Assemble components using hand tools, power tools, and machinery.
• Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in woodworking or crate/pallet building is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings and blueprints.
• Proficient in using hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and processes.
