Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all applicable safety and operational procedures.
Collaborate with warehousing, transportation, and production support teams to ensure efficient material movement and shipping readiness.
Demonstrate ownership and accountability by identifying challenges, recommending solutions, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
Serve as a positive influence among team members by promoting teamwork, effective communication, and a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Demonstrate leadership potential through initiative, accountability, sound decision making, and the ability to positively influence, mentor, and support team members.
