Create Builder/Packer

Pay: $16–$19 per hour DOE

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable and motivated Builder/Packer to assist with building crates and packing products for domestic and export shipments. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, coachable, and ready to work as part of a team while embracing our Core Values: Our Customer, Our People, Never Settle, and Fun!!

Responsibilities

• Build wooden crates and packaging according to specifications.

• Pack, secure, and prepare products for shipment.

• Use hand tools and basic equipment to assemble crates.

• Follow packing instructions to ensure products are properly protected.

• Inspect finished crates and packaging for quality and accuracy.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials as needed.

• Follow safety procedures and instructions from supervisors.

Requirements

• Previous experience in packing, crating, warehouse, or general labor preferred.

• Basic knowledge of hand tools and crate assembly is a plus.

• Ability to read and follow instructions and packing specifications.

• Ability to lift, carry, and move materials as required.

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Dependable, punctual, and motivated.

• Willingness to learn and take direction.

• Ability to work overtime or extended hours when needed.
