Overview:

Are you a highly organized individual who enjoys managing projects, collaborating with creative professionals, and helping clients bring their vision to life? Join our Creative Experience Team and play a key role in delivering impactful marketing and branding solutions that help financial advisors grow their businesses.

As a Creative Experience Project Manager, you''ll serve as the central point of project management for all advisor projects and our creative teams, ensuring projects move smoothly from concept to completion. You''ll partner with creative team members to manage project & timelines and help deliver exceptional creative experiences that make a meaningful impact.

What you'll do:

• Expert In Project Flow and Execution for both Brand Experience and Media projects
• Collaborate with Creative Experience Consultants and Strategic Marketing Coaches
• Orchestrate all necessary project details & creative briefs
• Manage project timelines & project timeline communication to agents
• Partner with Production Managers throughout the Creative Department
• Understand agent's products/services, target audiences and markets
• Coordinate Brand Experience and Media projects working with the agent and creative team to ensure the communication is strategic, branded and consistent
• Manage and track the design, revisions, and production processes of marketing materials for agents
• Ensure all project deadlines are maintained
• Handle changing priorities and other duties as assigned
• Use heat map data to ensure advisors in close proximity don't share the same designs, messaging, or calls to action

• Exceptional client service and relationship building skills
• Professional written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Solid organizational, time management and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
• Work in a fast-paced environment and interact with all levels within AE and its clients
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively as a part of a team

Bonus Points:

• Three years business experience- ad agency experience ideal
• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop)
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and SEO
• Basic knowledge of digital asset management systems
