This person will be a mix of marketing operations, campaign execution, reporting, and project management someone who loves keeping the details organized, catching things before they fall through the cracks, and helping a team operate more efficiently.
A few things you d own/support:
Email, SMS, and push campaign QA + post-send validation
Campaign calendars, deployment details, trackers, and documentation
Weekly/monthly creative and channel performance reporting
Basic Adobe Analytics pulls, dashboards, and A/B test readouts
Testing programs and coordination with external partners
Promo planning and execution support
Meeting notes, follow-ups, briefs, and general project hygiene
Ad hoc operational support as priorities shift
You d be a great fit if you:
Have experience in CRM, lifecycle, retention, or digital marketing
Are highly organized and comfortable managing lots of moving pieces
Have strong attention to detail and are comfortable QA ing campaigns
Can work with performance data and turn it into clear takeaways
Have experience with tools like Adobe Analytics, Airtable, and/or CRM messaging platforms
Are proactive you see something that needs to happen and take ownership of it
Are comfortable working across email, SMS, and push
Bonus if you ve worked with Movable Ink, Bluecore, Attentive, or similar martech platforms.
