Project Manager (Creative/Marketing Operations)

The Project Manager will lead and manage end-to-end creative and marketing projects across multiple channels, including digital, eCommerce, print, video, and packaging. This role serves as the central point of contact between internal teams, clients, and external partners to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and with high quality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from initiation through completion.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and external partners.
  • Create, maintain, and communicate project timelines.
  • Support Agile (Kanban/Scrum) and Waterfall project management processes.
  • Manage production requests and project schedules.
  • Gather project specifications and ensure accuracy across all media channels.
  • Track project performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Work closely with account teams to scope and prioritize projects.
  • Utilize project management tools such as Workfront.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in project coordination or project management.
  • Agency experience required.
  • Print production experience preferred.
  • Workfront experience preferred.

Ideal Candidate: Someone with strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills who has experience managing creative, marketing, or advertising projects in an agency environment.
